Charlie Hera uses information you choose to provide to respond to appointment requests, enquiries, and optional applications.

Share only what is needed

An appointment requires contact details, meeting type, and preferred time. Keep health and financial information out of chat messages. Applications are optional. Share beneficiary information only with appropriate permission, including parental or guardian authority for minors.

Storage and notifications

When configured, submissions are encrypted before being stored in Neon PostgreSQL. Resend notification emails contain a reference and an authenticated access link, rather than the application details. Notifications go to Charlie, with a notification-only BCC to mugnaviadigital@gmail.com when the email sender supports it. Only authorized administrators can view the saved details. The Vercel website does not save form information in browser localStorage. Accessibility preferences may be saved on your device.

Your requests

Contact charliehera29@gmail.com about access, correction, or deletion. Charlie must establish a retention schedule and review applicable obligations before accepting real applications. No legal compliance certification is claimed.
